Spent the last two days learning about listening, communication, conflict resolution, and leadership. I have come to realize that we are not as good as we think we are. There is always room for improvement amd growth.


I have also done a lot of self reflection during this time. This training not only impacts my work life but my family life as well. I will not get into specifics at this time but know that currently I have a lot to think about.


Also, I have realized that I have been neglecting this site. I need to update more and fill in more content. I say it an artist but all you may have seem are a few post but no pieces.


Is this a hobby for me? OR Is this a full time way of life? I need to take time to examine and let you know.

16 OH WOW

Today my oldest has made it further then anyone told me he would. He is Sixteen today and is running around cos playing as Link. He is so happy.
