Good Weekend

This weekend has been pretty good. My husband cam home from his business trip, friends came to hang out and the kids were well behaved!

The only down side to this past weekend is because it has been so hot all week with the hottest day being Saturday. So, what did I do? I decided to spend all day cooking.

Made some muddy style ribs and barbacoa.

All of the sauces and dry rubs for the ribs were made from scratch. The kitchen got hot and stayed that way for most of the day/night.

Side note. I am thinking about making a recipe section on here.

The kids spent the day playing VR and other video games, the non-pregnant adults played beer pong. Lol, is it mean to want to see who has a hangover in the morning? So, it was a great weekend with everyone.

Wrapping it up with a morning cup of decaf coffee and being kicked by my tiny baby. I also wanted to say a quick Thank You to all of the new visitors who have stopped by. Really Thank You!
