Making Changes?

Everyday, I tell myself I need to make changes. I'm so tired all the time. Something has to give. Then I try and I fail. Not what I'm doing fails but I myself fail at following it through.
A few days after New Year I decided to walk 10,000 steps a day. I have been posting on TikTok to show that I am hitting my goal or surpassing my goal. Only one day did I not complete it.
Now, I am starting with a small 30day challenge. I have it all written down in my planner. My husband is going to work on it with me. Hopefully my next post will be my baseline for my current age, weigh, and measurements. Followed up with a screen shot of the Challenge.
