With a heavy heart I am writing this. Ripley has crossed the rainbow bridge. The vet said there was nothing we could do. He got sick and it hit fast. Cancer is a funny thing, sometimes it is slow and some times it hits quicker then a blink.

Ripples was the chillest ferret I have ever met and we have three others. He liked to war dance and dook and drag his best friend around.

You may have seen his pics on the ferret sub reddit. He was happy and adorable. Loved to run about and hide. My favorite thing was when he would sit with me and eat my controller while I played games.

When we first brought him home he would hide behind my laundry basket and sneak attack me every chance he got.

I am going to miss him, but I know he is no longer sick and in a better place.
