Trying to be Better

Happy New Year, I hope the year is treating you well.
I have been telling myself I will post more. I am the only thing stopping me from doing so.
I have started walking 10,000 steps a day. I told my doctor that I would go back to the mostly vegan diet and work out plan she put me on to help my cholesterol come down. I have practice frequent posting on my TikTok. So far daily, even if it is a few seconds to see that I hit my step goal.
I have started crocheting more, I am loving the Woobles. I have made many at this point.
Keep trying and don't give up. If you stubble, just keep trying.
